The Wichita Area Iris Club will host the Region 18 Fall Meeting at Botanica, “The Wichita Gardens”, located at 701 Amidon, Wichita.
Dana Brown, one half of Malevil Gardens, in Lubbock, Texas, will be the guest speaker and will present two hours of judges training on Arils.
Since all meetings will be held at Botanica, there will not be an “official” convention hotel. There are many hotels near Botanica and the Wichita Airport. A partial list of these hotels and “things to see and do” in Wichita is below. If you would like more information about hotels, call Lyn Wilson at 620-728-

There will be an iris auction and wonderful raffle. Members of the Wichita Iris Club hope you will be able to join them at this event.
Anita Moran has donated one of her new Aril introductions for 2010. If you buy it, you may name it, so start thinking of names !
Charity Winzer, a Clark Cosgrove nominee, along with her younger sister Faith, will provide musical interludes during registration, and before judge's training. Both are quite accomplished violinists.
